The boat has a buffet bar on board.

WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD BE WEAR?

We recommend wearing warm clothes, such as windbreakers, waterproof jackets, etc. In winter season, temperatures are very low, so we suggest wearing hats and gloves.

CAN YOU TAKE PETS?

Unfortunately we do not accept pets on board.

IS IT NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT ANY DOCUMENTATION?

Identification card will be requested to the Tierra Del Fuego’s  Residents and / or disability certificates or retired card to those who apply to these categories.

WHO ARE CONSIDERED "RESIDENTS OF TIERRA DEL FUEGO”?

Residents of Tierra del Fuego apply to all persons who have residence in the province of Tierra del Fuego. They must prove, without exception, their address with the Identification card.

CAN YOU TAKE BABY CAR OR WHEELCHAIR?

Yes, our ship has accessibility facilities for the entry of people with reduced mobility, and for children who need to be moved in strollers.

We recommend making the reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

IS THE EXCURSION SUSPENDED BY BAD WEATHER?

Cancellations are officially announced by the Argentine Naval Prefecture, otherwise navigations leave at normal times.

The service is subject to weather conditions. The route may be altered partially or totally due to mechanical and / or meteorological problems. If 70% of the duration and / or scheduled tour time is met, partial or total refunds will not be made. In case of unforeseen return by land, the place of arrival will be the tourist dock.

The passenger who decides to cancel the excursion or will not appear at the place, date and time of departure (once the service is contracted), will lose the amount without the right to claim.
